Last Weeks Advisory on Resilience
After
reading a sampling of the exit slips and listening to teacher feedback, it is
evident that we will have to do re-teach around resiliency. It is not
unexpected as it is a complex topic (although many students grasped the
concept) and we know that we will have to continually circle back to cultivate this essential
quality. I’ll work with Nora, Annalisa, and Cherie to design the next advisory.
A couple of you said that it would be more effective with additional
scaffolding which, I agree with.
