- Leadership Team Meeting (3:35-4:35pm in Rm. 218) - Topics include deciding +'s and -'s on grade reports, looking for ways to give teachers more planning time, and how to best implement an "Organization Boot Camp" for our organizationally challenged.

- Staff Meeting (2:30-3:30pm in Rm. 208) - Topics on the agenda include department time, and a short meeting for intervention and special education teachers to discuss further ways to motivate, inspire, and engage students.

- Middle School Tour (9:15-10:45am in the Library) - We are beginning our 2015/16 enrollment tours (already). We'll begin in the Library with a general presentation, and then visit classes during 4th period. I'll give those teachers whose classes we plan on visiting, a heads up before we visit each week to make sure that that time/day works for them.
- Instructional Leadership Team Meeting (3:35 to 4:45 in Room 210) - Instructional leaders should provide me a copy of an agenda (by Thursday morning) that they used for an already held team meeting to discuss their team's experience with it.
