STAFF BULLETIN - WEEK OF 3/30/15

MONDAY - 3/30
  • 7th/8th Grade SBAC Math Practice Test - 7th & 8th grade math teachers will administer the SBAC Practice Test in their math classes. Feel free to use this powerpoint and remember that you have the option to have the students sign on with their credentials or as a guest. If you choose to have them sign on with their credentials please get the index cards from Summer prior to testing.
  • Boys Div II Basketball Practice (3:45-5:45pm in the Gym)

TUESDAY - 3/31
  • 7th/8th Grade SBAC Math Practice Test - see description from Monday.
  • Track & Field Information Meeting (at lunch in the Library)
  • Boys Div I Basketball Practice (3:45-5:45pm in the Gym)
  • Div II Boys Basketball Playoff Game 1 vs 4 (4:00-5:00pm at the Alameda Point Gym)
  • Div I Boys Basketball Playoff Game 2 vs 3 (5:00-6:00pm at the Alameda Point Gym)
  • AoA Board Meeting (6:30-8:30pm in the Library)

WEDNESDAY - 4/1
  • 7th grade SBAC Training Test (during Advisory) - See cart assignments here.
  • 6th grade & WEB Leaders Assembly 
  • 8th grade Advisory - binder checks and study hall
  • A Midsummer Night's Dream Play Auditions (2:15-4:30pm in Rm. 220)
  • AEF Movie Making Class (2:30-4:00pm in the Staff Lounge)
  • Staff Meeting (2:30-3:30pm) -  Part II on formative assessments. Teachers will have time to work  an an upcoming (or recent) before receiving feedback using a tuning protocol. Katy will send out specific directions before then
  • Instructional Leadership Team Meeting (3:40-4:40pm in Rm. 210) - I'll send out the agenda before then.
  • AoA Workout Class (4:00-4:45pm in the Library)
