Morning Greeters (8:15-8:25am) - Bos & Peterson

Eyes on the Front (3:30-3:40pm) - Schoolcraft

Eyes in the Hallway (3:30-3:40pm) - Hansen

MONDAY - 6/8

Audit (All Day) - The office will be assisting in our annual audit so please be mindful that it will be a priority that day.
8th grade yearbook distribution (3:30-4:00pm in the 1st quad)
Leadership Team Meeting - Canceled

TUESDAY - 6/9

WEDNESDAY - 6/10

Modified Bell Schedule - 6/10 Bell Schedule
Graduation Rehearsal (during 1st period) - Please read the email from Chris and review the Graduation 2015 Logistics doc for information about coverage.
Locker Clean Out (during Tutorial) - We will make an announcement excusing each grade level to their lockers. Teachers please be present in the halls when possible.
Staff Meeting (2:30-3:00pm in the Library) - We have a brief staff meeting (we should be done by 3:10) to acknowledge those who will not be returning to The Academy next year and to give teachers time in their grade level teams to discuss the logistics for the next day's activities.
8th grade dance & party (5:00-7:00pm in the Gym) If possible, it would be great if you can chaperone the dance - please let Chris know if you can.

THURSDAY - 6/11

Minimum Day (1:00pm dismissal) - All students will meet in their Tutorial classes before heading off to their grade level specific events.
6th grade BBQ (Longfellow Park)
7th grade BBQ (Littlejohn Park
8th grade field trip (Great America) - students will return to school at 5:00pm

FRIDAY - 6/12 (LAST DAY OF SCHOOL)

Minimum Day (11:00am dismissal) - 6/12 Bell Schedule
8th grade Graduation (1:00pm at Kofman Auditorium) - 8th graders do not report to school but need to report to Kofman at 11:00am. Please review the Graduation 2015 Logistics doc for staff duties and reporting times. All staff members are invited to attend the graduation. Seats will be reserved for you on the front 1 to 2 sections.
